2023 County Chardonnay Singer Vineyard

Our very first single-vineyard bottling from this sight. The Singer vineyard is our coolest sight (so close to the water) hence it was harvested a week later than our Greer Road property. Beautiful maturity and even greater acidity. Of all the wines we make, this is the most like Chablis.
