Ripe blackberry and raspberry notes, firm but supple tannins and lively minerality. Very reminiscent of the great Cabernet Francs of the Loire Valley. A benchmark for the County.

Lively, fresh, delicate, ripe but still herbal, with evergreen mint, savoury herbs, fresh dark fruit, dark raspberry, black cherry and more in a compelling presentation. There's lovely succulence on the palate, with fine, grainy tannins, dusty and firm but not unyielding... I love the profile and the potential...
