2021 Chardonnay Caillerets

This is the first release of our single-vineyard Chardonnays. The 2021 Chardonnay Caillerets comes from a small parcel within our Cold Creek vineyard. Only 4 barrels made.

Caillerets means “small stones.” Sourced from our rockiest sites, this is our first single-vineyard Chardonnay from our Cold Creek property here in PEC, which has taken a long time to develop due to the concentration of the limestone.

The most mineral-driven Chardonnay we've ever made. Aged in French oak barrels for 18 months, bottled unfined and unfiltered. A true expression of our amazing terroir here in Prince Edward County.
