100% Prince Edward County grown. Fermented by wild yeasts and aged in stainless steel on fine lees for six months before bottling. Starts with subtle spice and floral notes then finishes off with a pure and crystalline finish. Crunchy orchard fruit and pomelo and a texturally seductive palate make it an immediate favourite. Lean and steely-it is delicious served chilled on the patio or alternatively with cold seafood.
