While spring is taking its time to arrive, Mark and our vineyard crew are already hard at work pruning canes and unburying our vines. The vineyard will be in perfect shape when the warm weather finally gets here and the buds start to push.
Pizza Oven Opening Saturday, April 28
Our wood fired pizza oven is set to open for the season shortly. We will be offering take out this weekend (relaxed seating around our “campfires” and wine by the glass available). Our full patio will be open as of next Saturday April 28, 2018. We will be open Friday – Monday (11am to 6pm) in May,  Thursday – Monday (11-6pm) from June to Thanksgiving. We look forward to welcoming you on the patio!
New Release: 2015 Cuvée L Chardonnay
I am incredibly happy to announce our latest release: our first-ever 100% Prince Edward County grown Cuvée L Chardonnay, the first “L” Chardonnay vintage since 2012.
On May 23rd 2015, our County vines were hit with a terrible late spring frost, decimating our buds and resulting in a minuscule yield for the 2015 vintage. The few clusters of County Chardonnay that survived went on to develop beautiful phenolic ripeness, perfectly in balance with fresh natural acidity from the cool fall. The resulting wine is reminiscent of our lauded 2008 and 2013 County Chardonnays and should age beautifully for 5-10 years. Only 25 6packs produced, they are currently available through our online store or at the winery.
